Pre-Trip Student Forms.

Set yourself and your students up for success by having all of the necessary forms filled out before your students leave for their trip. Be sure to have your students all sign the Student Behavioral Contract, Medical Form, and Parent Release Form.

Know Before You Go!

  • No matter what, if you plan on traveling to another country, you will need a passport. If you already have one, be sure to check and make sure that it will not expire less than 6 months AFTER YOUR RETURN DATE. If you do not have a passport yet, click HERE to download the application.

    In addition, depending on where you are traveling, be sure to check and see if the country will require a visa.
